Insurance
It is very important to understand the value of your dental insurance benefits, and we are glad to process your insurance claims free of charge. We request that you bring your estimated portion of the payment at the time of treatment; please understand that your portion is only an estimate based on the available information. The final obligation for treatment is between you and our practice. Our team will assist you in any way we can; however, we cannot offer any guarantees, and payment is due regardless of the benefits paid by your dental insurance plan.
